These include:

  1. Keto Diet: A high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet designed to induce ketosis, a metabolic state where the body burns fat for fuel.

  2. Paleo Diet: Based on foods presumed to have been available to humans during the Paleolithic era, focusing on meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds while excluding processed foods, grains, legumes, and dairy.

  3. Mediterranean Diet: Inspired by the traditional eating patterns of countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea, emphasizing fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, olive oil, and seafood while limiting red meat and processed foods.

  7. Whole30: A 30-day elimination diet that removes added sugars, grains, legumes, dairy, alcohol, and processed foods, aiming to reset eating habits and identify food sensitivities.

  8. Intermittent Fasting: Not a specific diet but rather an eating pattern that alternates between periods of fasting and eating, with various methods 16/8, 5:2 method, 23:1. OMAD, Warrior Diet

  9. DASH DieWarrior Diett: the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and low-fat dairy while limiting salt, red meat, and sugary foods.

  10. Low-FODMAP Diet: A diet that restricts foods high in certain carbohydrates called FODMAPs, often used to manage symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
